I've stayed here a few times now. It is always clean & tidy. The rooms are nicely decorated. The beds are comfy. The bathroom is great with a powerful shower. It has parking. Good WiFi. It's a short 10min walk into the centre of Monschau. At breakfast, there are breads, cooked meats, sausages, eggs, cereals.

Such a beautiful area to visit. The hotel is excellent and the food in the restaurant is outstanding. First impressions are everything and on arrival I knew I’d chosen well. Really warm welcome. Nothing was to much. Really helpful staff and a warm welcome. Look forward to finding a reason to return. Oh wait there is. Perfect location. Great facilities. And did mention the food is delicious 👌

Property was beautiful and located a street behind the town square. The room was big with a very comfortable and big bed. The view was beautiful. It was very quiet at night. The bathroom was functional and we noticed the extractor fan working so well that there was no humidity at all after the shower. Only in Germany 😀. The breakfast was tasty and filling. We didn’t need extra food during the walk afterwards. The person who was around in the morning at breakfast was very friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom was recently renovated, and there was a mirror in the room. The bed and pillows were very conformable. The breakfast is included in the price and has a bit of everything. They have a machine for coffee but you can order other drinks like hot chocolate. The owner is wonderful and attentive. She takes notice of little details like your prefered drink at breakfast. In the corridor, there is a water machine to make coffee or tea throughout the day and also fruit. A bottle of water is placed in the room every day.

The location of the hotel is the greatest in the region, right on the lake, with a great view from the balcony over the hills and the lake... breakfast is good, coffee and tea for free anytime... and the cakes are incredibly good!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a great location next to the bus stop so we could get public transport to the Christmas Market in Monchau. There was ample free parking which was a bonus. Breakfast was included and was absolutely superb. We would definitely recommend this hotel, we would stay here again.
