Staff were all so helpful and actually looked to be enjoying their jobs, an unusual thing in the current climate! Room was good and dinner was superb! Stopped off on a motorcycle tour to Austra and think we may even go back the same way as the hotel was so good!

Wonderfull room, nice view from room 115. If you are tall enough you can see neuschwanstein from the window or terras. Very comfortable room. Good breakfast and very kind people. The restaurant serves also very delicious food.

good size room and very pleasant staff. When I arrived it was raining and I was soaked, I was walking the king Ludwig Way. The Mountain View I was supposed to get from my room was poor, rain clouds everywhere. Next morning however, the clouds had gone and the view was to die for. definitely a hotel I would stay at again.
