I decided to spend my birthday in this place and now I may say that it was an excellent decision. We stayed overnight and enjoyed it a lot. I was supposed to be a day in a real tropical island. All was so easily accessible. Staff was greatly helpful. Anytime I needed an info, everybody was ready to assist. We arrived early at 9.30, on friday and had such an easy check in, that at 15.00 we need just to take keys on a moment. It is all well arranged , you just check your wristle chip anywhere and pass easily. In the end, quite easy pay at automat. So well organised all.

The whole hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The rooms were the same--everything to a high standard. The breakfast was also exceptional, really beautiful space and a nice selection to eat. Even waffles for the kids!

Our stay at Gastehaus Liubas Insel was nothing short of exceptional! As a family of 6, we were a bit apprehensive about finding accommodations that would comfortably fit us all, but Liuba's guesthouse exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment she picked us up & arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. One of the standout moments of our stay was when we were picked up in the middle of the night by a taxi driver who dropped us off at the wrong location. We were feeling a bit lost and disoriented, but Liuba went above and beyond to help us find our way back to the guesthouse. She even stayed up late to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. Throughout our stay, Liuba and her staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at Tropical Island Waterpark. The host and her partner drove us between the hotel and the waterpark repeatedly, they truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Overall, we would highly recommend Gastehaus Liubas Insel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and truly exceptional guesthouse experience. Thank you, Liuba, for making our family vacation one we will never forget!

    I spent there 4 days and it was the worst experience ever!

    I spent there 4 days and it was the worst experience ever! The food was bad and overpriced all over the place, but you are kind of stuck there... First night the whole family of 4 got food poisoning from one of the restaurants there. Those who managed to throw up were lucky, cause the rest was feeling sick till the end of our stay ;/ There was a poop floating in children pool. In the big pool something touched my leg - surprise! surprise! a DIAPER! Our room was not cleaned during these 4 days, we had to put the trash outside the door to be picked up. There was always a queue to service desk, so we didn't even manage to report it.

    Tropical Islands means to me to stay in nice warm weather -...

    Tropical Islands means to me to stay in nice warm weather - 24.2C is not sufficient and it was really cold when step up from 32degrees pool. Many places were closed without any warning upon arrival. Big slides were under reconstruction, ok, article on web site, but no price compensation, minigolf-closed, BoraBora lounge - closed, half of kid's playground - closed. Smell from slide construction was touchable in half of hangar. I need to mention 1.5h gueue before we could enter the Islands. Any ideas for improvement to speed up the process? I was terribly dissapointed and once you pay entrance and night, you stay, because of kids but I guess it is not what succesfull managemant wants.

    Basically everything is incredibly beautiful, mine and my 8 year old daughter's experience was 10/10. My hotel room was 2406, very spacious and clean. Ohh, and take Shampoo and Conditioner because there is only shower gel in the room. Everything else is too pretty and well organized for all ages.

    Very friendly staff! Nice clean hotel rooms and free parking. Only 10 min drive from Tropical Islands. There was small refrigerator in one of the rooms even though I don't think that was promised in the booking - very much appreciated, Nice restaurant in the hotel.

    The hotel is in a very small village. We booked there because is near Tropical Island resort (5 km). The room was fully prepared, cleaned and warm when we arrived. This hotel was a very positive surprise and I will be back in the future for sure.
