We rented a car from Booking to travel and we are scammed. Booking does not report our car rental experience and gives an error warning. 1050 euros were taken from my husband's credit card. They said the reason for the penalty was a scratch under the bumper that we did not make. The beds were super comfortable and hot water on hand. Generous amount of toilet roll and I was left in piece and quiet to recover.
