The staff at BusinessHotel Berlin are the best. I felt very welcome for a first-time visitor to Germany who does not speak German. They are so kind, and warm and went out of their way to assist me. Breakfast was Ok, standard eggs, ham, coffee… Very nice panorama from restaurant. Very close to s-bahn station and good connection to Berlin city. Close to hotel is parking for your car and shopping mall. Near hotel it is nice silent nature area for walking and running.

From the warm welcome from the friendly staff at check in, to the kind words for my onward travel from the lady who helped at check out, everything was perfect! While the hotel is a little dated in some places, it was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, not a huge choice but more than enough to satisfy all appetites, and the staff in the restaurant so very helpful and cheerful. There are a number of restaurants within easy walking distance, and transport links into the centre of Berlin close by, maps and advice are available from reception. Would I stay again? Without a doubt, yes ...

On arrival, we felt the hotel had a really welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The bedroom was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The menu in the restaurant allows you to partake of German and/or Vietnamese/Asian dishes. On both evenings we chose the latter; the food was fantastic. It was also good to be served green tea in a teapot allowing for several cups. We had breakfast on our second morning as we were away very early the first morning, The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options.
