We loved the tiny town with everything so close by.
We loved the tiny town with everything so close by. It was so clean and the people really lovely. It was fantastic catching up with family after 28 years!! We had the best breakfast at Hotel Lowen and a really great pizza and pasta night at I’ll Castro . Very good value and excellent traditional food. We used Nesselwang as a base and daily went on trips. Nesselwang is a beautiful, small village but it's a great place to explore the local area and has everything you need and some good restaurants as you expect from the Allgau. Everything very modern, brand new and very tastefully furnished with love and attention to detail. Diana was really helpful and I must say that I have never been in a holiday apartment that was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and everything was top quality. The property was spotless and the host provided coffee, tea and a welcome beer and water in the fridge which was a very kind touch. Great location right in the middle of Nesselwang. We stayed with our 2 children (2&3) and they loved it. The wins for us are: 1. Indoor swimming pool 2. Car free streets to ride on the different kids’ vehicles like Bobby cars, Laufrad, Dreirad etc. 3. Outdoor playground 4. Pirate-themed bouncing castles 5. Small “zoo” with goose & sheep 6. Our room was connected with a terrace and had view on the natural swimming pool and the village. The bathroom was very spacious and had a really nice walk-in shower. Our hotel roomcards were also valid as a Köningskarte. The Köningskarte will give you free entrance or discount to a lot of activities like the mountain skilift.
