This cozy guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay and is close to Heidelberg. The guesthouse is very modern and clean. The restaurant is very good and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning. Also, there is a cafe and restaurant within walking distance. The area surrounding the guesthouse is quiet and the lake offered wonderful sightings of wildlife. Guests will be taken care of as if they are family, especially as this is a family run place. Every need is met and we really felt great in our stay.

As a family with 3 young kids (ages 3, 7 and 9 yrs) we LOVED staying here! After a week in cosy Parisian accommodation we were shocked by how much space was available in the apartment. Two generous sized bedrooms, a large central room, a large modern kitchen with excellent quality appliances and a large sitting room! The kids were in heaven being able to spread out, and to top it off there were kids books and toys, even a toy kitchen! A great playground a few minutes walk away. Staff here were amazing - we couldn’t fault the customer service from the time of booking to the time of checkout. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to accommodate requests.

The hotel is very cosy. The room is very clean and in modern design. The water and coffee is free of charge 24/7. The staff is very helpful and friendly especially Natalia. The hotel is two- minute walk from flixbus station. Thanks for warm welcome.

Our first day in Europe started off wonderfully with a stay at Premier Inn Heidelberg City Bahnstadt Hotel. Though slightly farther from the train station, requiring a short bus ride and walk, the warm welcome made up for it. Special thanks to Mr. Ekkarin, who noticed we were Thai and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. In December, it’s easy to reach the Christmas market via bus.

    Extremely kind and service-minded hotel manager. Not only did he do everything he could to fix my car, as I was having trouble with my dashboard warning system (everything worked out fine in the end). He also invited my for pear schnapps in the evening. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Nice terrace just outside the room. Good Greek restaurant connected to the hotel!

    It's a cozy hotel where you feel at home, the hosts were very welcoming and dishes in the restaurant were incredibly delicious. It's a pity that during our stay the summer open area of the restaurant wasn't open yet. Free parking near the hotel was a nice bonus, we didn't have any problems with it

    this was our second year coming to this hotel, and the owners and staff are amazing, the lovely cat is always there for you at the door. we did not take breakfast because our family lives so close, and we were visiting our family, with the confort of been at this hotel.
