I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience at Liro Hotel. Given my high standards, I'm delighted to say that this hotel surpassed them in every way. Our apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and modern, making it the perfect retreat after a long day. The location was ideal for us, situated just a few minutes from the motorway junction. The neighborhood offered a wonderful selection of shops and restaurants, including Netto, Aldi, Rossmann, and a great pizza joint, making our stay extremely convenient. I was also impressed with the seamless check-in and check-out process, which was efficient and hassle-free. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with [Hotel Name] and can't wait to return. Hotel was exceptionally clean and very friendly staff. It was very close to Rudolph-Weber arena and Westfield centre (within walking distance, about 5 minutes max). Breakfast was very good too, the pancakes were amazing!

    Excellent restaurants and bars, well laid out in a modern and stylish design, easy to walk around in a friendly atmosphere, Would recommend a visit, there's plenty to do, everything from shopping to a bit of culture. Recommend the promenade and Westfield centro, the bar Alex , the don Carlos and the tijuana are just a few of the places to visit, for a coffee, meal or a few beers with friends

    Great place for concerts at Turbinenhalle or the Rudolf Weber Arena. Good for German Christmas Market near the Netherlands. The biggest market is by the Centro mall. Don't forget to bring cash.

    I went to Oberhausen for a concert, the concert was at the end postponed but we got to walk through the centrum streets and visited the Westfield Mall which is super awesome and has a lot of shops! It's a small city so we also went to Essen.

    We were here to visit a friend.

    We were here to visit a friend. When he was working we were rather "stuck", for there was construction being done on the train line and leaving the town to go to the Rhine was not a reasonable option. We did a lot of walking the Oberhausen neighborhoods. The city is a place for people to live, not necessarily a touristic destination. We did eat at some delicious restaurants, including Salvatore for Italian and the Hotel Gdanska for Polish. There was an interesting exhibition of Michael Ende and his art of storytelling at the Palace.

    Oberhausen is part of a metropolitan area with lots of theme...

    Oberhausen is part of a metropolitan area with lots of theme parks and other stuff to do concentrated in the area. Our accommodation was approximately 15 minutes, in any direction from these theme parks and the Sea Life aquarium. A visit to Oberhausen is definitely going to happen again in the near future.

    I went to the centro allee/westfield area.

    I went to the centro allee/westfield area. I can not tell you about the actual city/old part. I highly recommend the gasometer museum and the topgolf. Other than that there is also sea life and lego land in the area. The shopping center is really big, everything is there. There were some bad restaurants but also some really good! Highly recommend L’osteria. We used the lime bikes/steps as transportation, which added extra fun to our trip. I think this area is perfect for shopaholics, family with children or young people my age (15-35)

    We stayed for 1 night and the hotel is just a couple minutes away from the Westfield Centro by car. The christmas market is next to westfield (our reason to visit). There is a free parking spot next to the hotel with plenty of space, but the hotel also offers parking. The rooms were simple, but clean and neat.
