The manager learned that I would arrive late, so stayed to check me in, and when I asked where I could find a restaurant open at the hour, he informed me that all the restaurants were closed but that he could make me spaghetti, and it was delicious and set the tone for my stay. I will return soon to visit with friends in the area.

Comfortable rooms with seamless check-in and check-out. Very spacious and equipped with all basic essentials. Location for the purposes of our trip was ideal, but it is tricky to get to by public transport (train+bus+walk).

I do not eat a traditional breakfast, but I had the staff prepare the coffee with my "special ingredients" and my fortified Orange juice" which they brought to my room each morning to help me to start my day, just as I do at home. We also had a meal at the Trattoria Enoteca, which was both, excellent food and service. The wine was Spectacular!! I spent a good deal of time in the lobby bar and the staff were so friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed .the piano music on the weekend with Frank

The location is simply gorgeous, around the castle there is nature as in the pictures, clean air, beautiful birdsong, a nice and comfortable room, delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere and the best staff.     I've used this hotel many times as a one night stopover on my travels across Europe. It is perfectly located just minutes from the motorway. The added bonus is the restaurant serving local dishes. It is a family run hotel and the welcome is always warm. The room is clean, the bathroom a bit small but perfectly functionable. The parking is always available.

    Nice little small country hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Small but adequate bathroom. Free parking and there was a supermarket opposite of the hotel. The hotel is located in lovely surroundings, lots of nature. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant which was very nice. Friendly owner who helped us book a taxi.

    We stayed here as a family of 6 adults and 2 children staying in 3 rooms. The Hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The staff spoke good english and with our limited German, we had no problem with making our wishes understood.
