We stayed in the "Hunsruck" room which was perched at the top of the Haus Mittlerhein... we loved it! It was loaded with charm and character and included a walk-out patio with views of the nearby Marksburg castle. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the modern conveniences. The stairs to the room are narrow and steep, with a head clearance challenge, so may be difficult to navigate for some, but well worth the climb! Family owned and operated... friendly staff. A wonderful experience... would stay here again in an instant!

Great little apartment with all you need: kitchen, separate bedroom, TVs in both bedroom and living room. Kitchen was well equipped. For the money I think the price is great, and the hotel is a good base for exploring the Rhine valley. Loreley for example is just ~20mins away by car.

Amazing hotel! There are everything you need for a good rest! Very nice SPA, delicious food at the restaurant, professional staff, cosy, spotless clean and comfortable rooms. I would like to come back here again :)

Extremely clean and well kept motel, every piece of furniture and bathroom like just bought from a shop. The host & hostess were so kind and helpful I felt I have to come back as soon as possible. Rheinsteig-path goes right behind the hotel.

    Lovely hotel, in the heart of the old town of Rhens. A warm greeting from the owners on checkin. Room was very well appointed with a lovely modern walk in shower. We had a drink in the historic courtyard behind the hotel and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast. All in all a lovely stay

    The location is great. The hotel is cute. It has a charming old style. Though, the bathroom and facilities in general are new and clean. It's a nice mix between old and new.
