The whole experience was a great delight!! Thank you to all involved in making our stay so special and unforgettable. We were made to feel very welcome. Home from home. Customer service and relaxation and total service was the priority of this Hotel. The manager was so impressive and totally devoted to ensuring that her customers were looked after and every need was catered for quickly. This service was amazing. great restaurant. great staff great breakfast I like the location for Roche, but you need a car. however if you’ve made it to Penzberg on a holiday you are probably visiting bad Tölz, starnbergesee anyway.

    Seeshaupt is a beautiful area, very close to the lake whereever you go. The folks in the city is very friendly, they have some very good restaurants in the area with fair prices. Around the lake you find many places to have a drink or some food and go for a swim. We were driving around the whole Starnberger See I would say Seeshaupt was one of the nicest areas.

    We stayed for our first wedding anniversary and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is great, the food is excellent and the rooms are amazing! We even got a free upgrade for our celebration! We were super welcome and felt like "home away from home" there! Besides, we traveled with our dog and it was super special, they prepared a bed for him, they added bowls for food and water in the room and he got lots of treats and petting from the staff! We would come back and recommend it to anyone!

    Good value for money, nice apartment with kitchen facilities (cooker, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery’s, plates, mugs, glasses), quiet location, free and enough parking spaces available, good location close to the lake Starnberg, Bernried, Seeshaupt, other lakes like Staffelsee, Kochelsee, Riedsee, Walchensee are also nearby, can be reached by train as well, but more convenient to reach location by car

    The location was really nice it is lake front. The room was big. The staff are friendly in general. "Baki" did a good job. He was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. If they can improve the things that I mentioned, this hotel has amazing location and I would love to go all my free times. Otherwise, it is overpriced and need improvements.

    Beautiful hotel, I was made so welcome and everyone was really helpful and friendly. Room very spacious and loved having a balcony. Very close to Starnberger See and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
