We really enjoyed our stay there. The place definitely exceeded my expectations. This is a true family-owned hotel. The are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed siting on the porch, feel the breeze and relax after a long day of driving and touring. The room was very comfortable. When we sat in the hotel restaurant at the evening of the first night, they were closing the kitchen, but they were willing to run a little late for us. We only wanted to have cold drinks, so once they brought us the drinks and made sure that we have everything we need, the waitress wished us good night, and said that we can pay in the morning Please keep two things in mind: they do not have AC so the room can get very hot in a warm day. I knew this in advance, so this is not a complain. Second: the hotel is located in a relatively remote rural area (about 50 km from Rostock). I see it as an advantage, but yet you need to take this into consideration

Very calm, quiet and nature-close environment which I loved. The staff was amazing in both the front desk and restaurant. The rooms is very sound isolated and they offered small things like bathrobs, a fresh cut rose in the bathroom and coffe-maker in the room which gave a extra gold lining on the stay. The breakfast is very good. But once again, the staff deserves 10/10. This hotel made me like Germany!

Great experience from check-in to check-out. Monica from front desk very helpful and kind, very welcoming. The dinner was exceptional, the best I've ever had. Branislav and Franziska helped make the experience unforgettable. Breakfast was very nice as well. Great selection. The castle ghosts made us feel as royalty. The castle grounds are beautiful to explore.

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel am Schlosspark. The breakfast was exquisite, offering a wide variety of delicious options that were perfectly prepared. The room was spotless and well maintained, making it a very comfortable place to relax. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Very cozy apartment in a calm environment and with a good location. We stayed only 1 night, but I recommend for longer stays as well. Delicious breakfast has been served. There was an event (probably a wedding) during our stay but we didn't hear anything and had a good sleep.
