The Hotel is new renovated, reopened a few weeks ago. It is located at the Ottermeer, so you could directly go to swim. It has a good sauna and a pool. The rooms are new and good.

I had a confirmed booking but when I arrived we were told that there was an overbooking and so no place to stay at the hotel. However the receptionist was very professional and made a reservation at the hotel next door so we stayed there instead. The Hotel zur Post was fantastic with a lovely bar, restaurant, free safe parking and a generous size room with a massive bed and decent bathroom with shower. Breakfast was best ever.

    Nice rooms, very clean and spacious for two. Well-appointed kitchen. Nice location a few kilometres outside Wiesmoor. Key locker means you don't have to coordinate arrival with the host.
