Good water presure in the shower. Water was really hot (not often the case in Ecuador). Clean and nice room. Great breakfast. The receptionist speaks English!!! (not often the case in Ecuador)

Great view from the terrace, good breakfast and super nice staff, we were even allowed to store our luggage for two days without additional cost (and it was a lot of luggage!). Great location next to Carolina Park in a safe area with many good restaurants nearby. Very recommended!

Hernan and Gloria make this hotel into the best place you could stay at in Quito (the hotel itself is also very nice, clean and in a great location). You can check-in and out as it works best, breakfast at any time, they can organize all types of activities and shuttles across Ecuador for you at better prices than uber or agencies and help you however they can! Highly recommend to stay there, I would any time :)
