A perfect 10 out of 10! I was hesitant at first, wondering if the photos would match reality, and I’m glad to say my expectations were fully met. The hotel looks just like in the pictures. It feels as if time has stood still here since the early 20th century: antique interiors, books available for reading, grand high arches, and spacious halls – truly an oasis in the midst of bustling, crowded Egypt. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and all bathroom fixtures are spotless—almost as if they were just installed. There is no intrusive music, neither in the restaurants nor by the pool—this place is designed for escaping the hustle and bustle of the world and giving your mind a break from constant thoughts. It makes you want to lounge by the pool all day, reading books. The hotel grounds invite you to take peaceful walks through the inner garden and the herb garden, where various plants are grown. The staff is incredibly attentive and courteous. The attention to detail from the hotel's designer is truly impressive—it feels like every little thing has been carefully thought out. This hotel is worth every penny. I will definitely return. My wife was absolutely thrilled and insists that this hotel should become our go-to vacation spot!

We were looking for something unique and this place really delivered. It is beautifully located on the westbank of the Nile and arriving by boat was a treat. Eventhough the place is new it really has an old Grand feeling - like going back in time. The staff are superfriendly and helpful, and they really made our stay even better.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the owner was really nice. We needed to go out to buy something at night, and the owner even gave me a ride on his motorcycle. If you are coming to the hotel by taxi, make sure to double-check the location, as the hotel name is very similar to the name of the town, which can easily lead to another hotel by mistake. The hotel can arrange a pickup for you, but it cost us 300 EGP at night. Overall, the stay was very pleasant! Highly recommended!

Nile View was fantastic! The family suite was spacious, spotless, and had a breathtaking view of the Nile. My family and I felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel arranged our transfer, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. We also booked a tour through them, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned so much about Luxor’s rich history. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed, and the entire experience was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxor!

I booked 4 rooms and all of them are clean and big, air conditioning works very good, the staff was very helpful, the owner and his family were very nice and helpful like a family, the food was very nice and fresh they helped us a lot for our trip around Luxor, make easier for us, even our transportation to Aswan. I will definitely recommend it . Had very good memories.

The most beautiful welcome from a lovely family that owns this guesthouse. The place is fantastic, absolutely amazing value for money, super location, with extraordinary service. The pool is fantastic, the rooms are large and well furnished, there's just so much to love about Hoppa Guest House. You feel very cared for by the family that run this wonderful accommodation

We had an amazing time in Louxor. Staff hotel was really friendly, always there to help. We organise a trip to the city with the hotel and the driver was really friendly and helpful. The food is also very good. The room was very big and clean. I recommend 100% this hotel.
