I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel in Egypt, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel truly valued as a guest. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Every area, from the guest rooms to the public spaces, was maintained to the highest standard, which greatly contributed to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay. The culinary offerings were equally impressive. Each meal was expertly prepared, offering a wide variety of delicious and well-balanced options. The quality and presentation of the food were consistently excellent. In summary, my stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The Marina Resort Port Ghalib is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are beautiful, the location of our room was excellent as we could walk directly from our terrace to the small pool. The location is perfect, close to the airport but there’s no hindrance from planes at all. The man behind the reception (Mr. F.) was exceptionally nice to us. We stayed here a few days before and after our boat trip. So when we got back after the boat trip, he gave us the same room and a good deal on our upgrade so we could enjoy the buffet dinner in the evening. The buffet diner with a different theme every night was very good! We loved the food, and the service of the men (Mahmoud and M Akram) bringing drinks and cleaning the tables. Breakfast is excellent as well. Then of course we were very happy with Eid, who not only cleaned our room, but left a wonderful artwork of towels (shaped as swans) and flowers on our beds; and placed a bunch of flowers in a glass on our side table. He was a very kind man! If we return to Egypt, we would certainly stay in this hotel again. Thanks for everything, Astrid & Corine

The hotel includes 3 hotels: Sands,Oasis and Palace, so its territory is realy big as well as beautiful and very well maintained. We have spend 2 weeks there so could appreciate it enough. Dinners were great, a wide choice of food, very tasty beef, duck, turkey , fish and even prawns. Local wine is also good. And for lovers to eat a lot and a varied food a local mild anise tincture is offered at the end of dinner. Like in the best houses. The hotel beach is also nice. We were also pleased that piers for entering in the sea is nor very long. Coral reef is beautiful as well as everywhere in Marsa Alam, so you can enjoy swimming with a mask and fins. The entire territory of the hotel is stretched along the beach, so it is not far from any room to go to the beach. And one more plus: Port Ghalib - a nice bay with the shops, cafe and restrants - is very close , so the hotel guests can choose a day to enjoy their visit to Port Ghalib. I would like to note especially the friendliness of the staff moreover wherever you are on the beach , in a restaurant or at the reception. We were first given a room with a sea view but on the ground floor and it smelled a bit damp, so we asked to change a room. And were given a nice room on the first floor as well with a sea view. Among the top managers I would like to highly appreciate front office manage Ahmed Abdel Hafiez. We turned to him on various issues which he was ready to solve. My daughter plays and improvises on the flute so we asked Ahmed to organize her perfomance at the hotel. As there are three beautiful stages to perform there. It was a great pleasure for my daughter to play flute there and we hope that it was a pleasure for hotel guests to listen her. Ahmed Abdel speaks perfect English so it was pleasant and easy to communicate to him.

Personnel was great, from Nasser at the lobby. Our waiter Salah Mohammed and also the cleaning done by Salah!!! Team of all waiters at the bar were also always very kind. A super plus is also when you don't want the animation you can always go to the chill-zone to pass your stay peacefully...staring at the beauty from the Red Sea.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
