I loved every minute at Mondragon Hotela. The entire hotel was recently renovated and it shows, with a clean and beautiful atmosphere. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We needed to arrive a bit after 23h, we called explaining the situation, and they kindly waited for us. They even requested our IDs via email to start the check-in process, so we just had to get there and receive the room kees. Thank you Virginia for all your help!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley filled with green and lots of parks around. Rooms were very clean and the staff consisted of the most friendly and helpful people you’ll ever meet. Breakfast was good and the interior design of the hotel was magnificent.

I was on a business trip in Arrasate-Mondragon with my fellow worker and we stayed in Goiko for almost 2 weeks. We could not have better stay. The host Karmele is incredibly hospitable woman. She made us feel at home. The breakfast prepared by her is deliciosus, made of local food. She was also very helpful with restaurant's recomendations, instructions on how to get to the city and what to see there. The hotel is placed in a small village with beautiful view on mountans. The whole place is very clean (rooms are clean every day). We definitely need to go back to this place but not to work this time :P

The surrounding areas are out of this world with so much to explore. The host is so friendly and accommodating - he also makes the bests omelettes we’ve ever eaten. The room felt like home and having a hot tub in the room may not be a necessity but was totally welcome after a long day hiking.

    The location is amazing, although you cannot park at the property there are plenty of parking spots available within 2 mins of walk (check the area around Eroski supermarket). The owner was extremely friendly, although we didn’t speak any spanish. The room was clean, quiet, had everything you need. The breakfast was very good, with ham, cheese, bread, fruits, cakes, and beverages of choice. We were with a dog, and there was a very nice area starting from behind the hotel for a walk.

    This cute hotel/ house is located in amazing area with a beautiful view worth to travel hundreds of km. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved our terrace. Hosts are so welcoming and helpful. Hope to come back next year.
