Gorgeous location, we already knew Calvia, it was the perfect base for travelling around the rest of the island, only 20 mins from airport and only 10 mins from motorway but is away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. Calvia is a beautiful village (although technically a town) full of traditional charm. Hermanas Femenias was a cracking little place, nicely furnished, very comfortable, spectacular views and very clean. All the usual comforts you would expect. The perfect hideaway!

Very friendly and helpful staff who speak many languages. Quiet location. Close to the beach. Excellent variety of food for the breakfast. Nice pool with enough deck-chairs and parasols. Towels provided by the hotel. If you go to the beach, you can borrow a beach-umbrella from the hotel for free. To rent 2 sunbeds + locker + parasol costs 20.5€/day in 2025. On weekend days it is possible to rent it for half-day only at around half the price.

The Hotel was just superb. The quality of services was excellent. The breakfast included in the hotel was just superb and delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It is near a bus stop which has good connectivity with city of Palma and the Airport.

The general manager Juan, as well as all the hotel staff, was super helpful, very friendly and made the stay very a very nice one. The breakfast was very tasty as well and the bed super comfy!!! Just across the beach.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning.     Pretty town with some great places to eat, drink and relax. Small weekly market and great views. Lots of parking. Surrounding countryside is very pretty and rural. This is a place for taking it easy. If you want to shop till you drop then you will need to go to one of the other towns in the area.

    Pretty local town with two supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and pharmacy. The local people were very helpful and friendly especially in the supermarket. Much more helpful than in the UK but I guess if I lived in Calvia, I’d be happier too!

    It’s a beautiful old town in the hills with great views, nice and quiet, friendly locals, some gorgeous properties surround it. Not too far from the Port or Palma. Need access to a car or use taxis if want to leave the village. Great local coffee and services such as small supermarkets, ATM and places to eat and drink all in walking distance. Very safe to walk through in the evenings also.

    We would highly recommended Finca Hotel Can Estades. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. Victor and his family went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options and homemade treats every day. The hotel is set in a tranquil, peaceful location and is beautifully designed. We have left feeling really relaxed and spoilt.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Magdalena Calvia. The villa is very well equipped and well maintained. The friendly owners are very welcoming and respond quickly via WhatsApp in case of any questions. The place is very secluded and a great base to discover the island and explore the impressive Serra de Tramuntana. To get to the villa and make your way around the island a car is recommended. The village has a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket. We would love to stay here again.

    Son Boronat was a magical place to stay, we hope to visit again! It was a secluded hotel, so it's the right place to get some peace and quiet and some R&R. For someone who is obsessed with interior design, the place was spectacularly designed, I really appreciated all the details. The facilities were great and the pool was better than photos. The owners of the hotel were so kind, they were very helpful in providing recommendations. Son Boronat was a great base to explore surrounding areas.

    The location is great if you have a car and want peace and quiet but still be able to be at a reasonable distance from the beaches and Palma..The house is huge and we felt like we were alone there even though there were plenty of guests. The pool was amazing and the host gave us the best recommendation for food in Calvia. The most comfortable bed of our entire trip.
