A cute place with everything you might need. Since we did not have our rental car on the first night, upon request the owner took us to the nearest bus stop thus helping us out a lot to start our journey. Thanks again!

Friendly and helpful staff, the location is excellent for visiting Teide National Park. We appreciated the hotel restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend it!

very confortable hotel 30 mns to el Teide np. the room was nice and bed very confi..we had dinner there and it was just fine. breakfast is very tasty and plentifull. best place to stay when visoting the np..very quiet. Vilaflor is a cute little town away from the toirist scene. we did not use the spa. the garden with the pool was very agreable. staff was very nice and helpfull

The staff is very friendly and helpful. While I went for a 10 day hike, I left part of my luggage with them, so no need to hassle with finding a locker in a city in the area. The hotel is close to the airport and other cities, making it a great location to venture Tenerife. Public transportation is also good from and to Buzanada.

The property is properly maintained and situated in a good area. We however only spent 2 nights and one of them happened to be during the big electric blackout across France, Spain and Portugal. I will however go back to stay here again. The staff were helpful and friendly. They tried to organise food for the guests that were “stranded” there and I think they did a great job during this difficult time!!

We chose Barcelo for our honeymoon and we definitely made the right decision. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet and we could try various activities offered for free (aqua gym, tennis, dancing classes, concerts - additionaly they would also organize small trips, workshops and activities for children). The hotel has a gym, sport courts, a souvenir shop, pool bars - 3 euro for a glass of wine, 6 euro for a cocktail for eg) and a la carte restaurants which you can book through their app. There are several pools to swim in and relax and sunbeds for everyone. Guests can also access a nearby beach. It is close to TFS airport and you could spot some airplanes nearby but nothing disturbing. The hotel was a good starting place for trips across the island and as we rented a car, we benefited from the parking lot available. We had half board included in the room rate (breakfast-water, coffee, tea, fresh juices included and dinner-no drinks included) and it was ok for us as we were usually travelling around for lunch time. You could upgrade to all inclusive anytime (lunch and drinks included). The buffet was varied and you could find something tasty for everyone (local specialties, chicken, beef, pork, fish, fruits and vegetables, sweets, but also vegetarian and no sugar options included). The staff (reception, restaurants, bars and housekeeping) was super helpful and we felt taken care of. We were spoiled with welcome and goodbye treats which were a bonus. :)

    It is a small village 15 minutes (with car) from the closest beaches. The village provides a very peacefull feeling. Most of tourists who are visiting Tenerife are looking for accomodations near the coastal part of the Island so in Charco del Pino most probably you will meet only with local residences so you have the chance to meet with the real Tenerife. The distance from the coast is not a real disadvantage if you will hire a car, the TF1 motorway are only 8-10 minutes from the village
