You may arrive and think nobody is about but wait till 5pm and this small town comes alive. Accommodation is very central. Parking could be tricky but we managed and my husband has one leg. Breakfast was ample including eggs. Fabulous

Amazing little hidden gem in the mountains with a pool and gorgeous views. Definitely worth the drive into the mountains for the peace and setting - and Rosana really was the loveliest host. Absolutely want to head back soon, great value for money in a beautiful spot. The beds were comfortable and the apartment stayed cool even in 35°C temperatures outside. Fabulous to have the shaded space for the car too. Local amenities close by meant it was easy to get supplies for food and drinks. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment. Very nice decoration. Comfortable beds and pillows. Dark bedrooms that didn’t let the light in. Perfect with a small kitchen. Central location. Good attention from the owners. Easy check-in.

    Cocentaina is a good base for families & couples. You do need a car to go & visit the Castle, Parks, Canals, Caves, lakes & beaches. Friendly place with lots of bars, shops & good chinese restaurant within walking distance.

    I was in Cocentaina for business and the stay in The Anna...

    I was in Cocentaina for business and the stay in The Anna Hotel was very peaceful, with friendly helpful staff. A very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again. Cocentaina is a traditional Spanish town, not too touristy. I've also stayed during the month of August and enjoyed the moors and Christians festival where the whole town turn out. Good music, food and traditions.

    Location was fab and everything was spotless! We appreciated the air conditioning, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and staff were very friendly. Visiting friends locally, we needed somewhere to stay for 5 nights, our stay more than fitted our requirements, proper local hotel where despite language difficulties (on our part as we don’t speak Spanish), we had a lovely authentic stay.

    The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very efficient. The night manager was very friendly and helpful and always willing to help, even if there was a language barrier. The beds were hard, but relatively comfortable. The shower was very powerful and really refreshing. The hotel was well located and a short walk from restaurants and supermarkets.

    lovely helpful staff, large rooms, which were clean and all looked over the streets below. Sitting in the park having a beer was fab, as well as seeing the locals fill their bottles of the natural spring water. This hotel should have a better star rating, as it is excellent and well located.

    Everything is amazing! Really beautiful building and rooms, everything is very clean and everyone is pleasant. Village Cocentaina is also very beautiful and interesting, worth visting.
