Unique experience with the room balcony directly overlooking the elephants' enclosure in Cabarcéno! Very clean, large and comfortable room. Jacuzzi bath! Very good continental breakfast. Mini fridge in the room and the kettle was a rare feature for Spanish hotels.

Gustavo and his wife and daughter showed themselves to be warm and compassionate hosts on a very rainy night when my wife and i arrived cold and soaked to the skin after two hours walking in miserable rain. Even though the restaurant was closed, they opened up the kitchen specially and cooked us a delicious hot meal. We will be forever grateful for their kindness. We recommend Finca Alcamino for anyone wanting warmth and comfort on their pilgrimmage!

The welcome was warm, each of the staff were friendly and professional. They did everything they could to accomodate us to provide an excellent meal, when the restaurant was due to be closed. The hotel's refurbishment is beautiful and a joy to experience. Being so close to the port is helpful, yet it is also in a quiet oasis of nature.

We have stayed several times. Luis and his wife are very friendly. There used to be an on site restaurant that was run separate to the hotel. That has closed and now luis's wife cooks dinner and breakfast for you. It's very good home cooking. The hotel is an old 13th century manor house set in wonderful gardens. There are a few bars and restaurants 10 mins walk down the road.

Exceptional and estupendo!!!! Best overnight stay in a while😊 If you think of it:fill up your water bottle at the little fountain 1km on the right side before the hotel. Loved it all!!!
