we liked everything, boutique decor, cleanliness, great location, polite service. We had a bathroom in the bedroom (aquarium), I know that not everyone likes this solution but it was ok for us.

Everything 😊 Very welcoming hotel staff. Lovely comfortable room and bed. Great terrace overlooking the Guggenheim for breakfast and drinks. The restaurant was also lovely with a good menu. When I next visit Bilbao this is the place I will stay without doubt.

The hotel is well located on the outskirts of downtown, near the Guggenheim Museum and a few steps from River Nervión. The breakfast was varied. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. I felt in good hands all day.

    Such a roomy and comfortable apartment. Everything you need is there and the Leioa neighborhood was very interesting. Straight metro line into Bilbao. But the best part is Natalia, so friendly and helpful, thank you Natalia for your warm welcome and wonderful apartment.

    It was a 30 minute walk to the metro which meant that we could leave the car and take the train into town. It was only 30 minutes by car to the Bittany Ferries terminal. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel.

    Hotel is in a very quiet location, very well accessible by bus or metro. The breakfast was good, there was no vegetable offered. Recepists were helpful.
