The welcome from Jose Antonio was lovely and check in very smooth. We had dinner on the first night and the food , wine and service were excellent. Then we slept in very very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Then you wake up for breakfast and the choice is exceptional served by the lovely Anna.

Everything was wonderful. I felt it was great value for money and the staff were really friendly. I enjoyed the food and upgraded to the full drinks package which was excellent value too. As a l9ne traveller for the first time I was a little nervous of how it would fell but the staff, location, safety etc all made me feel very comfortable. THANK YOU.. I will 100% return to this hotel.

Amazing location for us as a family. Close to everything but not in the busy area. We loved the rooftop and the Wintergarten, this way we could also enjoy the weather during our baby's naps. Elena is an amazing host, always happy to help and provide useful information.

    We didn't really explore Mala per se but the house justifies...

    We didn't really explore Mala per se but the house justifies staying there. Plus it's easy to move around to discover to North from Arietta up and Lanzarote is not too big to drive around. We were back every day around 4pm for a last pool dip with some bubbles! Total bliss
