Hotel is located in the Old Town, very close to the river, with all mayor attractions in a walking distance. Entrance is in fact from the Viktor Street, not Calle del Correos. Daniela checked me in and gave me some info about the hotel and the city. She was very friendly and welcoming. My room was of good size, sparkling clean, well appointed, recently furnished and it had everyrhing I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and there was no noise, I slept like a baby. The reception and public spaces were also well kept.

The ideal place for all the city sights. The front desk staff excellent very friendly and helpful. The room spacious very clean with all the amenities. The breakfast...i am speechless. We arrived one hour before check in and the room wes ready for us. We will be back soon and our first choice will be again Vincci consulado de Bilbao.

A truely pleasant surprise. The decoration, ideas and overall concept of the Hotel is far beyond my expectations. What we also noticed is the enormous amount of detail in the finnishings of the Hotel, and the top quality materials used both in (re-)construction as decoration. From the sound proofness of the rooms, to the best waterpressure I ever had in a Hotel shower, the delicious breakfast, choice of beveragres and kindness of staff and owners. For me, this Hotel on itself is a reason to go back both personally as professionaly.
