Excellent quality property, well maintained and decorated with style. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and of good quality. Upon arrival, we were offered a glass of champagne or water, and the reception staff walked us to our room. I have visited many 4- and 5-star properties in Spain; for a 4-star property, it is among the best I have stayed at, highly recommended.

The beds were super comfortable, slept extremely well. We loved the breakfast, everything that you need. We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed the festive atmosphere in the hotel. The Christmas day lunch was superb. Together with fabulous sea views, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Mojacar is a medieval Moorish, town in the Spanish Province of Almería. This white-walled destination, which is situated on a rocky hillside at the foot of the Sierra de Cabrera, will surprise you with its natural beauty and unique architecture.   

Rich in history and cultural heritage, Mojacar has been populated since the 2000 BC by Moors, Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians and Romans. Today, it is a maze of narrow streets with local shops, street markets and restaurants serving traditional dishes like the ancient 'gachas'.

Travellers can park their car and explore the old town of this beautiful resort on foot.  Home to 17 km of Blue Flag sandy beaches like Granatilla, the Playa de los Genoveses and the Playa de Monsul, the modern part of this coastal resort is an ideal place to enjoy outdoor activities like swimming, sailing and surfing. Golf lovers can visit the 18-hole courses of the Marina Golf and Desert Springs.

    Great apartment but you need to get a taxi to town and they are few and far between there is a bus that comes every half an hour but not all night. The apartment in a development with two pools however there are no beds and you will need to buy your own bed if you want to sunbathe there the only other option is to go the beach club but that will cost you 25 euros per day. There is no safe but apart from that it is a bright modern apartment

    Mojacar pueblo is a pretty white village 15 minutes drive from mojacar beach. Lots of shops , places to eat and stunning views. The church in the centre is the only building in the whole village that isn’t white and worth a visit. There is a little bar called Loro Azul been there since 1994 good wine and very friendly hosts. Highly recommend. We ate at La Muralla the views are fabulous and great to watch sunset. Opens at 7-30 get there early as they don’t allow reservations. Good prices pizza was €12 . A nice village probably couple of nights stay would be enough . Most Shops close 2pm -5pm then reopen until about 9pm .

    Mojacar old town is delightful. lovely shops & restaurants , with a lovely lady showing us around the museum, well worth a vist. Also found the well at bottom of hill, thanks to museum lady, charming. Had a car so getting around was easy.

    A perfect sized village with plenty of places to eat drink and purchase beautiful jewellery clothes and quality souvenirs. More Spanish atmosphere. Clearly a lot of Spanish families and Spanish run businesses. Easy to get around. Loved all the little alleyways leading to more shops and places to eat. Incredible views from an array of roof terraces.

    Mojacar is a good choice for a holiday, but do your research on location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, but location is key. Don't stay too far away from anything, as it's a long walk between good places to eat. Although, having said that, the buses are very cheap €1.20 each for any distance.

    The range of options caters for most as it has a wide range of different restaurants and bars. At the end of April practically everywhere is open but the town has yet to be overcrowded. There are several walks both on and off the beach and a relaxed style aptly describes the town

    Anything. The apartment is very old and with outdated and dirty appliances. I arrived and no water electricity and Internet was working...of course no hot water. Customer services is horrible. I had to leave the property and the owner stopped to answer Camm and messages. At the moment 2 call with booking , no refund and I had to go in an other hotel...walking around the village with my suitcases down the hills.

    We stayed for 6 weeks at this beautiful apartment, it was very comfy and the sun terrace was amazing. The apartment was conveniently close to the bus stop taking you to the beach or up into the pueblo. This was our first visit to Mojacar and won't be the last.
