The room and view were phenomenal. We booked the suite with sea view, and the view + balcony were worth every penny. The room itself was magical, the most comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing shower and toiletries. The couch and living space was excellent. The only qualm was that we couldn't stay for longer. Unbelievable price, the best value for money I have ever had, and I've stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts. I would highly recommend booking half board as we did. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Loaded with diverse and high-quality options. The dinner gives the feel of an upper-class restaurant without the price tag; the food quality is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa itself is fun and comfortable; the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna provided us with entertainment despite the relatively cold weather for Mallorca (still 20 degrees C or 65 F). The hotel is a stone's throw away from a beautiful public strip of beach with an awesome walking path. The Uber ride to Palma and its attractions costs around 18 euros each way, which is quite reasonable for a city. The hotel transfer was around 12 euros, although there is a bus line (A2) that costs 5 euros per person from the airport (but that takes around 35 minutes as opposed to the 10 of car travel). Overall, I would implore you to book a suite with Aubamar, particularly the suite with sea view.

Have birthday trip to Palma and stayed in Riu Concordia for 4 nights. Great location - beach just 2 min walking. Airport shuttle and city bus stop just at the corner of the hotel. 25 min to the Airport. Room was spacious, very clean, with balcony (+nice sunny view). Comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff - they give you advice how to commute to city center, change money (to feel comfortable using city bus). Very good breakfast - variety of cheese, ham, pastry, hot meal, sweets, fruits! And thank you for the birthday present! :) That was super nice!

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca. It feels a bit lads holiday/staggy with kebab shops, tattoo shops and fish pedicure bars everywhere, and there are some unsavoury characters selling 'items' on the promenade who approach you, which I hadn't seen anywhere else on the island. We were there as an adult couple, but wouldn't be bringing children here in future. The plusses are the proximity to the airport (although it's probably an hour by public transport to Palma city itself). The beaches are clean, and it is reasonably priced to eat and drink in this area. But I wouldn't come back - there are far nicer spots elsewhere.

    Didn’t research the location and it wasn’t for us! It is not really Spain, but Germany - which is fine if that’s what you are after. The whole place was full of large groups of mostly men in football kits and the chanting was constant so it was like staying in a football stadium. We were right in the middle of the action so not the peaceful break we had anticipated. Fun to see people having a good time but it was soo noisy 24/7 Luckily bus was only 2 euros and frequent so escaped to palma every day

    As late 70 year olds Playa de Palma is an ideal location for visiting the island. We used the buses which are frequent from just near the hotel into Palma and from the bus station easy to visit other towns on the island . Plenty of choices for eating and drinking out immediately from the hotel although the hotel provided all you needed at similar cost. A motorised train runs regularly along the front , you can hop on/off once so saving along walk made it more comfortable. Generally a good location.

    This is a very busy resort and appears to be a major attraction for stag and hen parties (there were hundreds). For many visitors the large groups of loud excitable young people would be appealing but for others it was noisy and rather crowded. Every morning (from about 7 am) the council carried out a major clean up of the beach and promenade, removing the litter and detritus from the previous evening. They also cleaned and raked the beach. Fabulous. If only we could do this in the UK!! Our hotel was on the eastern side of the resort but the western end was much quieter although there were a lot less bars and restaurants

    Unfortunately I was pick pocketed at the airport despite taking numerous measures to avoid this. My four day break was shortened trying to get a police report and unfortunately this is a big problem on the island. If you read this review take lots of care to keep your belongings safe. I'm unlikely to visit again as I just wouldn't feel safe.

    Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, food very good and pretty varied every day. Cleaning 9.5/10. Room upgraded for free by the hotel. We plan to come again at this hotel and would recommend it, either for couple vacation destination, or as a family vacation in Balearic. Very good and pretty close (using a rented car) to popular and wonderful tourist spots. Very close to Palma (and the airport) but enough distance to not feel the pressure of a large city. Very quiet and clean neighborhood, at least in November. Probably in the main season it gets a little more crowded and noisy. Weather was excellent in 2024 (only one day with very high winds - 21st), plenty of sunshine. Sea water a bit cold (around 16-17), but the hotels pool was heated so very attractive and usable.

    A comfortable, clean, quite and spacey room with a perfect sea and sunset views. An excellent terrace at the roof. Every day the hotel crew hosts various entertainments for visitors and their kids. A number of dishes at Terra restaurant onsite where everyone could find what he wants. Many thanks to Francesco from Terra crew for an exceptional service, kindness and friendliness. We do definitely stay at Houm Plaza Son Rigo our next visit to Mallorca.

    Beautiful and pristine hotel in calm area. We had great time here, enjoying our spacious room with lovely balcon, tasty food, lush greenery, gorgeous spa, 2 enormous pools and stunning view from the "Sky" restaurant on the top floor. Everyting was great! We are very grateful to all caring staff for our wonderful and relaxing holidays in this unique and magnificent place.

    This is a nice mid range hotel for a stay near Palma, Majorca. It is in a quieter/nicer part of the beach but with lots going on and things to do. Easy access to Palma via a bus just outside the hotel, which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
