While not primarily a tourist town, Pontedeume is on the Camino Ingles and has lots of through hikers. We found it to be a prosperous and typical Galician town, in pretty valley overlooking the tidal Rio Eume, and used it as a base of operations for exploring the nearby Rias Atlas and Fragas do Eume, for which it was perfect, and a more quaint setting than larger A Coruña or Ferrol.Guest review byKen from SlidellUnited States

We were walking the Camino Ingles so seeing the hotel after a long days walk was very welcome, and having its location right on the track was a winner. Our room was very spacious and bright. An added bonus was having the main bus stop right outside the hotel which allowed us to take side trips here and there. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk.
