The hotel is close to the beach, offers absolutely all the facilities (there is even a souvenir shop and a shop with beach items inside the hotel). The room was spacious, with a spacious balcony and a wonderful view. The room was clean, the breakfast was varied and rich in various dishes. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

I love that this hotel is for adults only (you can fully relax as it is quite and peaceful). Also it has great solarium space on top floor with jacuzzi (on ground floor is swimming pool +jacuzzi), I just love it. Location is great and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also is very good (eggs is cooked on your preferences). We had great time and definitely we will come back. Thank you!

It’s a very nice hotel, so clean, so brand-new! We were surprised by diversity of food! Very good all inclusive! Rooms are new, with a good beds and sofa👌 Interior in common areas is so cozy and conducive to rest. Especially sunset areas, enough places for everyone!

    I first visited Puerto Rico when I was 19 ....

    I first visited Puerto Rico when I was 19 ....I am now 61 and have been a regular visitor throughout. In fact I lived there for 12 years and owned an apartment for 15 years. Possibly my opinion is biased, but having visited all the other Canarian islands, I would say that the area between Melanores and Mogan offers most things to most people, and as Puerto Rico is the centre of that area, its quite simply a great place to base your holiday - I for one will always return !

    We visited Las Palmas the capital also Mogán (beautiful town) and drove around the Island which is correctly described as a mini continent. 30+ years coming here and its by far our favourite Canary Island. We're already planning our next trip.

    Peurto Rico is a busy resort town with convenient access to the beach and local restaurants. There is a boat which offers return trips to other towns on the coast for €13 return departing hourly. Mogan is well worth a visit. Restaurants are a little repetitive with their menus.

    There is something for everyone in PR, you can relax on your sunbed and soak up the sun. There are various walks, you can walk around to Amadores beach as an example. There are plenty of water sports for the young (or young at heart!) We went on a boat trip on Magic 3, it was great and we'd definitely recommend a boat trip. We enjoyed our days on the beach as well as spending time at our apartment, making the most of the pool, jacuzzi and solarium. The Global bus service is fast and reliable and there are always taxi's available. Definitely well worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.

    I enjoyed our week there but don't think I will return.

    I enjoyed our week there but don't think I will return. One week was enough for us. Its a purpose built holiday resort. It lacks soul... Feels a bit claustrophobic with all the hotels and apartments built up on the enclosing cliffs. Its like every inch of ground is built on. Lots of concrete and lots of steps everywhere so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

    Great location for exploring the area on foot - not a high up as some of the hotels so no steep steps to climb (just a bit of a hill via the pavement). Very close to the main coach stop. The apartments are quite basic but have everything you need. The terraces are enormous which we really appreciated, so it's comfortable to sunbath there in privacy if you prefer it to around the pool.

    Modern apartments located on top of a mountain with beautiful views, the hotel itself is have all necessities that a person might need for relax- such as an outdoor gym, a swimming pool and a restaurant. I would 100% recommend staying at the Grand Horizon as it is a perfect hotel to enjoy a vacation in and is definitely worth the price!
