Very friendly staff. they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish but we got on very well. The room was spotless and came with a microwave and small fridge. I have no idea why it has only 1 star. The simple restaurant next door was pretty good too. A bit off the beaten track but well worth the detour. Much cheaper and nicer than the overnight stop in France.

The staff were so helpful and tried so hard to engage with us in English which worked very well. The location was sublime and the local village was lovely, the room was large and comfortable with everything needed and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is quaint and quirky. We loved it here

We absolutely loved the hotel. It´s an absolute gem, with a special ambience, history, all the beautiful details, mosaic floors, the soft jazz music playing in the background, the gardens, the thermal spa. The size of rooms and the view. The staff. It is the most perfect getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the coast and beach and a haven of rest and recharge. Loved seeing all the doggies around - gives a different atmosphere. I will be back every time I need a break form busy Barcelona to recharge. Can I just please say thanks to all the staff, who run this place!

Very comfortable and clean room.Air conditioning.The owner was very friendly and also owns/ runs the bar/restaurant next to the hotel.Room was cleaned with clean bedding and clean towels every day. Food and company were very good.Would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Fantastic location, excellent place for families with young children as there is a park right in front of the Hostel. Beautifully decorated inside and the staff were extremely friendly and delivered an excellent service. We would like to return.

Everything. The owners were amazing and it was like coming into a private home. The lady of the house was so sweet, kind, and helpful. The dinner in the evening was delicious and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and very cozy. My family and I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Alforja. Perfect base for going on hikes, heading to nearby climbing at Siurana and Arboli and lots of cyclists around. Alforja is a lovely village and you've got a supermarket 2 mins walk from the apartment. Getting in was easy and the apartment was very well equipped. Would love to stay again!
