We absolutely loved our time here. The location is perfect if you want a relaxing and quiet holiday and is only a few minutes away from the beach and a forty minute drive to Valencia. The hosts Maribel and dani, are the most lovely people. They showed us around the house and garden and had the house equipped with anything you could think of including linen, some food and drink items, mosquito repellant, toys for the children and pool accessories. The list could go on. The house was spotlessly clean and smelt very nice too. The garden is beautiful and the pool well maintained. The pool isn't heated so was a little chilly when first getting in but we did visit in October and once you are in it is absolutely fine. Maribel, provided guidelines leaflet explaining where the nearest amenities are, how to use outdoor lights and sun canopies and included two beautiful excursions to a thermal spring and fantastic waterfalls. She was also available if we needed anything. We will definitely be visiting again. I have already looked but my preferred dates are taken so that makes me sad.

    Sagunto is nice. A very long beach.

    Sagunto is nice. A very long beach. Sea wasn’t as clean as we like but it was warm. BUT it’s a long way from the airport: £75 taxi fare to factor in to your costs. Also a 35 minute drive to Valencia. No local bus or rail service. So, hire a car.

    Great hilltop fortress, judería; small town, easy to see in a day, quiet close to Valencia (about an hour away via inexpensive commuter train). Somewhat similar to Xàtiva (hilltop castle, 1 hour from Valencia by commuter train…)—Xátiva is a larger, nicer town and castle better preserved!

    Hotel Sagunto is in a great location to visit the city, from the hotel you are able to walk to the historic centre and to the castle. There are many bars and restaurants on route. We had beautiful views from our room towards the castle. There is parking between the railway line and the hotel, it isn't the prettiest of areas but a good place to park the car. The Chinese restaurant underneath the hotel on the corner was excellent, I would definitely recommend it, excellent food, lovely owners and value for money.

    Comfortable spacious well appointed apartment with secure underground parking. Reception staff, Ricardo and Erana were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble e.g. printed off timetable for trains to and from Valencia and gave us another apartment for the night when ours suffered a power cut. Very quiet location. Easy to drive to Sagunto - 15 mins- and take train to Valencia- 35-45 mins, only 8 euro return. Much better than driving into city and trying to park.

    We just needed a stopover on a long drive and this hotel was perfectly situated for that. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and pleasant, she was a big help when we were trying to communicate in our dreadfully poor Spanish. Free and plentiful parking directly outside hotel. Rooms functional and clean with a fridge inside.

    Location was excellent, right by the beach. We brought our dog so we had a dog friendly room which has immediate access to the car park. This avoided the lobby which was super convenient. Hotel was lovely had a great vibe! Yolanda at the was amazing! She was kind and friendly and just the right person!
