Such a tranquil setting. Our room was ideal with a nice terrace outside. The staff were all super charming & went out of their way to try & help. The restaurant - simply outstanding. Our girls enjoyed playing by the pool which also had a lovely setting with plenty of beds & even free drinks on tap as needed.

On arrival the site looks a bit USA bleak, but the hotel itself is stylish inside, the staff enthusiastic and helpful, and the room we had was lovely. Large and roomy with a big comfy bed, all very relaxing. There is car parking available in an underground area, we left our car kerbside where there was ample room. There are supermarkets and other shops within walking distance.

    Its a small place - on our route through so ideal to spend a day or 2. It is 10 - 15 mins drive out of Ponferrada where there are plenty of restaurants to choose - although more or less impossible to get a table before 8.30pm
