Excellent, amazing staff especially Valentina who is a role model on how customer satisfaction should look like with attention to every single detail and ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast is really good with good variety and quality, location is good close to Ciutadella, pool is clean and lovely

It is literally exceptional. An interior design is breathtaking - looks even better in reality than on photos. Warm and welcoming with energising colours. Bed linens and towels are of the highest quality. The hotel is sparking clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Isa - the manager - responds to an every single question or request you may have - 11 out of 10 :). Breakfast was wonderful - I would love to have a bit more vegetarian selection next time I visit Maia Hotel. It is a truly 4-star hotel (in Spain some of the 4-star hotels do not deserve it I have to admit) with some history and a modern touch in the heart of beautiful Ciutadella. I strongly recommend it!

Great location. Really good accommodation: attractive, well-presented and very clean yet also very practical. Loved the thoughtful extras: bag, water bottle, towels and umbrella provided for beach trips. Free coffee, water, fruit available 24 hours. Really good hosting: warm welcome, useful advice and very helpful without being intrusive.

We had a wonderful few days at Marosi, Ilaria and Roberto were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the courtyard and rooftop spaces which were a bonus and was great to be able to borrow snorkels, beach umbrellas and cool bags. The hotel is on one of the nicest streets in Cituadella and the aesthetic is lovely. It was everything you need for a few nights in the area, would recommend!

My husband and I loved this hotel. The building and the rooms are beautiful. It was also quiet. The room we stayed in was huge. Free water and soft drinks in the mini bar every day was a nice touch. Breakfast was really good. There were different foods every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. I don't know why you'd stay anywhere else in Cuitadella!

The hotel is gorgeous with a very nice terrace and pool side. We loved our room and really appreciated the buffet breakfast. The spa is very relaxing (you have to make a reservation in advance).

We loved Calma Hotel! We stayed for 5 nights in June 2023 and we had booked the smaller room. We were upgraded to a much larger room which was so lovely. The hotel is in the best location in Ciutadella, so central and next to the best restaurant in town. El hogar de pollo, it’s a local spot with the best zamburrinas and pulpo in all of Menorca. The lady who runs Calma kindly took our washing and brought it back all clean and folded. The aircon was great after a long day in the sun!
