Lovely town with plenty of great bars and restaurants. Lots of history and old buildings and churches. Stunning river views and easy to get around on foot. The museum of Zamora and the castle were informative and free for oldies like us! The local people were so friendly and helpful. There is easy access to every thing that there is to see.

Still a bit of a hidden gem. The historic city is beautiful and old. The view over the river and land is amazing. It's a provincial Castillian town, very authentically Spanish.
