The property was an authentic old House with a turf roof (used for insulation). We were very keen to stay in one of these & this one was excellent as it was very modern inside.

Cute cozy hotel very close to airport, less then 10 min walking . Nice design , lots of plants , decoration , food , coffee - all was amazing. Rooms also very comfy. Few days, which I spent there I felt like at home. People, who working there - very friendly , helpful and energetic ) About 20-30 min walking from the hotel are couple of villages with port , lakes , also u can see ships and horse statue, which is part of local folklore )

Big and very comfy living room including multiple kitchens. Bathrooms were good and lots of flat spaces for tents. What makes this place so nice are the many nice people who stay there (at least in early September) plus the owner Also, Felix the cat is awesome :D

the owner is really really nice and the cat is sooooo cute everyone love him. The owner is very welcome to answer any questions and gives a lot of useful advice. The common area is comfortable and the kitchen is good. The price is affordable. Some spots to visit in walking distance. The bus to airport and Torshavn. Will stay again if I come back and highly recommend to everyone.

    A very convenient location when arriving by air from...

    A very convenient location when arriving by air from overseas. Just a few minutes' drive from the airport, its' a great base to get your bearings. The town has adequate grocery shopping and a petrol station and is convenient for exploring Gasadalur as well as crossing over to Streymoy and beyond.
