What a find this place was! The building is absolutely charming and full of so much character - and the colours everywhere are a delight. Our room was huge with a separate living room which was very welcome. But what made our stay all the more special was meeting Diana and Didier - despite our terrible lack of French vocabulary (sorry D&D!) we were able to communicate amazingly well. They are so kind and generous... and the homemade breakfast is a real treat! A lovely stay all round!

Nice hotel at a beautiful place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We arrived far after closure of the reception and we got the chance to check in ourselves into the room which was already prepared for us. We had a great stay.

The Distillerie in Pézenas is a wonderful example of converting an old building with much character into an excellent hotel. It’s central and very convenient location in Pézenas together with a wide variety of services makes it a very special place to stay.
