The fact that spa can be entered as of 14h on the day of check-in. The fact that i could check-out 30min to 45 min later. And especially, that i had a room with a lake - it was a partial view but still magnificent! Thank you! Thank you for everything- as I am leaving in Geneva, I am looking to my next stay with you very soon.

    The hotel in general was not super clean. Our room was very basic with bad quality matresses. We could hear everything in the hallway. Toilets and showers were not clean at all. The day of the check out 1 hour before we got locked out of our room the code to enter the room was no longer working. The staff came and opened the door with a key did not even try to fix it.
