First stay in a Balladins hotel and it was very comfortable with good bathroom. Air conditioning was a bonus. Lots of parking and a number of outside tables and chairs for a picnic. Restaurant nearby if required.

A lot of everything provided was quite basic but it was excellent value fo money. Staff were very helpful, I was made to feel at home. Room very basic but clean. Had evening bar- b-q which was excellent value in a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast limited, but great value at €5. ! Plenty to set you up for day ahead. Pleasant lounge area and outside as well. Good car parking in private car park. Overall a positive experience, but for the price don't expect the Ritz. Excelllent value.
