A lovely hotel in the middle of the village. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfy. The little plus was a fab balcony. Will go back there!

I stayed in Montreal for a wedding at nearby Chateau Malliac. I was able to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms which is decorated really tastefully and stylishly plus has all amenities you need for a comfortable stay (aircon, TV, kettle, great bathroom). The owner and his staff are exceptionally nice, I was even given a lift to the chateau when I couldn't get a taxi. He also offered a hairdryer and clothes steamer so I could get ready for the wedding. A tasty continental breakfast (fresh croissant, bread, jam, ham and cheese, yoghurt, tea/coffee, juice) is served at a terrace on the main square, completing the French experience.
