The studio is really comfortable and fits perfectly for a couple. It has an amazing view and the small street is really nice and quiet. The neighborhood proposes a variety of supermarkets and other small shops and getting to Paris city center by train is a matter of minutes. Thanks to Olivier who made us feel at home during our stay.

This property is brand new, everything is very well maintained, clean and looks amazing. All staff were very accommodating and helped us with anything we needed. The location is very convenient towards the metro near by and some good restaurants (suitable for small kids). We enjoyed the pool with our 2 year old son, again very clean area as well. The breakfast we had one time during our 3night stay, was good. Fresh items on the buffet with options to choose that they bring straight from the kitchen to keep it fresh. And also at the breakfast, very attentive staff (also at 8 AM on Sunday) who were happy to entertain my son during breakfast 🙂 Lastly, because it’s such a new property there are multiple charging spots in the car parking, which is super convenient. We left our car there throughout the whole stay and walked around or took the metro anywhere.

    Although my main reason for visiting Bois-Colombes was to meet friends who live there, it is a fun place to visit, especially on Saturdays when the street market is in full swing. Also you will find a good diverse choice of restaurants (though allow for many closing on Sunday evenings).

    Nice staff and nice room. Comfortable bed. There’s a little restaurant beside “Ecole de Cegogne” that has good prices and good food if you want more expensive there’s one right beside the hotel named “Rizzo”. For croissants there’s a “Patisserie “ across the street with good coffee and good pastries. There’s also a nice park where you can go for a walk. We really loved the place.

    Some staff were rude.....very small rooms, not even spacious...

    Some staff were rude.....very small rooms, not even spacious enough to accommodate two people..... No good restaurants near by.....Breakfast was horrible ..... no taste at all.......had to eat out couple of times in the morning

    Hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful, Only reason for the low rating is our room was located on a busy street and got woke up at 6am every morning to delivery lorry and people talking and last night work up at 2am tp loud music being played. Air con didnt work in the work in room so we had to have the window open. Please note everything else was good, nect to a train station and places to get nice pastries.

    Hotel is in a good location close to all the amenities.

    Hotel is in a good location close to all the amenities. People who travel by train, the station is very close. Hotel parking was available for those who travel by car. Reception was very helpful. Our safety locker was not working. When we called the reception, they sent a maintenance guy immediately. It was just a loose connection. Breakfast was quite good. I would stay here if I come again.

    I liked nothing.

    I liked nothing. Though I communicated with the owner and told him about the travel issues I was experiencing, he left me standing in the cold for nearly an hour (while he was at some type of practice). He didn't want to forward access/entry details, unless I used WhatsApp. When he finally provided the building access info, I walked into a TOTALLY DARK entry area (at the bottom of a stairway I couldn't even see). I had to use my phone, to see even an indication of what was in the area. I stood in the dark of the building lobby, waiting for one of the neighbors in the building (who he phoned, after I entered the building), to provide some assistance to get up 5 flights of stairs, with a very heavy suitcase and backpack. I didn't see anything in the listing about this unit being on the 5th floor, with no elevator. If I'd seen that info, I would not have booked it. I'm 68 years old and the thought of needing to go up and down 5 flights of stairs each time I needed to enter and exit the building, was more than I could bare. Add to that, when I checked out, I would also have difficulty getting my belongings down those 5 flights of stairs (without some assistance). The owner had absolutely no sympathy. I told him I couldn't do it and that I couldn't stay there. It was going to be too much on my body. Had to find a hotel in the area and pay for another room. I had hoped he would at least refund me one night's stay (out of the two night's I'd paid for), but he refunded nothing.

    In general we liked the place. There was a bakery just in 50 m to taste Paris's delicious sweet tastes and croissant. The bus stop was also next to the hotel therefore we did not have any problem to reach the closest metro station. There was a parking place but I recommend people who come on the weekend, do not book the Parking Place for Sunday because you can find a parking place outside and it is free on Sundays.

    The location is amazing. Manager Mr. Lazhar is a wonderful person. A few front desk staff are also very cooperative and friendly. There is a park next to the hotel. Many restaurants and grocery marts are nearby.

    Rooms were well decorated and furnished. We only stayed two nights but the room was cleaned and new towels put out after the first night which you don’t often get at this price of hotel.
