We arrived to find the kitchen wasn’t clean, a dirty chopping board, parsley and garlic/onion residue on the sink and board, splashes of food on the wall. There was no kettle to make coffee or tea and no toaster. The stairs to go upstairs were dangerous as the fixings were not attached to the wall. The balustrade was broken and not fixed properly and required to climb the extremely steep spiral stairwell. We were lucky we are all skinny people as a larger person would find it extremely difficult and it is too dangerous to allow small children up and down the stairwell. Once upstairs the beds were not maid so we had to do this ourselves, there was only 2 towels yet there were 3 of us. When showering there was not enough water for 3 people to shower so I had to have cold showers. The shower head was not able to be adjusted as it was broken. Finally there was no wifi which my daughter needed to do school work. We contacted the owner and they said there was but clearly it was a box plugged into the wall that doesn’t work. My husband is very tech savvy and identified the truth. Overall dreadful!
