    As our journey was by car and we wanted to be in the countryside near friends the location was perfect. Burgundy is marked by a fantastic history especially in the times of the Burgundian Dukes. Cities such as Dijon and Beaune with so much to offer are easy car journeys under an hour. Wine tours and tastings are also readily accessible. Magnifique!
