The room was nice and comfortable but the host Marc - he is great - he is great as a person, as a host and especially as the Chef because when we had a dinner we had a great opportunity to taste super delicious cuisine - we had some dishes with the taste and of the level of the Michelin star restaurant - it is the best restaurant in Alpes-Maritimes and may be one of the best restaurants in the France and whole Europe!!! Just come and taste!!! Also we came to Marc for the New Year night dinner - it was FANTASTIC NIGHT because we had a Michelin star dinner and had an Opera Concert at the same time - 2 super beautiful and tasty things at the same time👍👍👍 We will come back here again and again👍👍👍 I recommend 🔥🔥🔥

The location of the Auberge de Thiery is wonderful. The owners are welcoming, friendly and happy to assist with anything. The dinner served in the evening was marvellous and a lovely view for the breakfast the next morning. We will definitely be back. Truly a unique place. Best wishes Jonathan
