Very warm welcome on arrival, our room was beautifully furnished and had a spacious covered balcony with views over the vineyards. Very clean and well appointed. Both dinner and breakfast were of a very high standard, with a good choice of regional dishes. The waiting staff were very helpful and friendly. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel. Great location in a beautiful village. Plenty of free off road parking at the hotel.

Hotel was very inviting. Room had terrrace with table and chairs, overlooking vineyards. Breakfast has very good selection of breads, deli meats, cheeses, eggs made if requested. Parking spaces plentiful. Reception professional, restaurant food is good, not exceptional. Close to Colmar and about 40 minutes drive to Bourg. Lovely drive on the wine route. Region is beautiful.

A beautiful quiet place and a very nice and well equipped apartment. Ours was on the first floor with a view at the garden. The sleeping room is again one rather steep staircase up. The breakfast was one of the best and also the most beautifully presented we have ever had. Nathalie is doing this and she was a lovely person also.

Alex was an excellent host! We loved the hotel and its facilities. We could store our bikes in a lockable garage that’s already behind the gate. In the mornings we enjoyed the breakfast we got at the Boulangerie nearby. The location is perfect in between the hills, where we enjoyed hiking and cycling, and the vineyards & domaines in Andlau and nearby villages. Plenty of delicious restaurants in the village and nearby.

    The family-run Hotel Kieffer is charming and comfortable...

    The family-run Hotel Kieffer is charming and comfortable thanks to excellent bathroom, air conditioning and a very good breakfast ($). The flower-filled village is all about wineries and some restaurants all within walking distance but no other retail or services that I detected (ok, there's a church). The hidden gem: a scenic overlook only reachable on foot with a stunning panorama of the Rhein Plain, from the Strasbourg Cathedral to the Swiss Alps (on a perfect day) and from the Black Forest to the Vosages. With vineyards, farms, towns and the entire valley before you. Don't miss it.

    A fantastic Gite to stay in .

    A fantastic Gite to stay in . The host Remy and his family were very welcoming. A lovely bottle of wine awaited us in the Gite. Super wine tasting with the host. Gite had everything, just like your home. A shame it is so far away for us.

    The apartment is very bright, cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning was very helpful during the hot days. Itterswiller is a charming and peaceful village. The owners are very nice and helpful. They arranged a wine tasting for us and took time telling us about the vineyard. Our stay was a great pleasure and we would love to return.
