Everything was perfect. we loved the comfort and cleanliness and all the facilities. It was perfect for me and my friend to stay in. I was working just 2km away, and the accommodation was the most perfect location for my work in the local village and for my friend to explore the area.

The room was lovely, recently redecorated. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The shower was amazing, too. The staff at the front desk showed us around, telling us about the 16th c Renaissance staircase and the breakfast area. She arranged for a reservation at La Maison, which is a gastronomical restaurant. We had a lovely meal and cognac with dessert.

Lovely welcome. Interesting and different hotel. Lovely room, very quiet even though it was in a central location. Easy walk to the River Charente. Easy parking. We had an enjoyable meal in the hotel's restaurant nearby. Breakfast very good. Overall a lovely and pleasant experience.

Lovely, clean and very comfortable family room. Air con was great as was the wifi. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were lovely, especially Wendy who helped when I needed it. Best Ibis I’ve ever stayed in!
