Location was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful before and during my stay. Beautiful bed linen and comfortable bed. My room was perfect and so Ile de Re. Top marks. Pool area while small was lovely. Spotless.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Port. We could tell that the room was recently renovated, as it felt fresh and was super clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very modern and exceptionally clean. And best of all was the front desk staff. The woman who checked us in was wonderful. Not only was she flexible with our check in time (this was hugely appreciated), but she was incredibly friendly and even took the time to walk us to our room to show us around. We would definitely stay at Hotel du Port again, and I highly recommend it as well.

Everything, location, room, terrace, ensuite, facilities, friendly staff, dog friendly also we arrived before midday just to say we were going to park up and go and explore until check in but we’re told our rooms were ready, great service.

    Typical island village with narrow streets single story houses with walled gardens. Very quiet in March, which is a good time to go if you have a dog, as dogs are banned from beaches from the 1st April. We had to cook for ourselves as all restaurants were closed due to Covid 19. I'm sure that in normal times it would have been much livelier.
