We were by car on the route to Mt St Michel, then Cherbourg-Dublin ferry. It was great to find this place near Mt St Michel. We arrived late and only stay one night. We sent a message few minutes of our arrival, and the host was waiting for us at the parking place. Great to have the car next to the door entrance! All good at the apt. Kitchen and Bathroom refurbished. Comfortable bed upstairs.

We booked seven different places of accomadation for our road trip around Normandy in July 2024 and we would both agree that Chateau de Chambres topped them all. They have done amazing renovations to their chateau and have left nothing to their customers imaginations. Maria & Martin gave us an exceptional Irish/French welcome and the breakfast was truly amazing. They were both full of knowledge of the local area and provided us with useful tips of local places to visit, which was extremely helpful. We were very sorry we had only booked one night in this beautiful chateau and we would highly recommend it to our friends and families.
