We had an amazing stay at this property! Cozy rooms, comfy pillows, kitchen was very well equipped, working fireplace, that created great holidays atmosphere. We stayed in the cold season, so heating worked perfectly well. We’ve had good communication with the hosts. And would recommend the place to anyone, for a family escape.

The location was just what we wanted. We visited Bayeux, Port en Bessin, St Malo, and Mont St Michel. Frédéric was fantastic, greeted us upon arrival and instantly made us feel at home. We ate our evening meal in a fantastic barn conversion, with fantastic garden views, which is in fact, Frederic's home. All cooked by Frédéric himself. Try the local beer! This was where we would have our breakfast as well. The gardens are fantastic and numerous. These are open to the public. After 6 p.m., we were able to enjoy the gardens alone. These have been designed and created by Frédéric and he's done a fabulous job. Our ensuite room had a shared kitchen, dining area which led on to a decked patio area complete with chairs, tables and sun loungers. Our room was a good size and the ensuite with shower was nice and clean.

    We just used this as a stop-over, but had a couple of hours to spare on arrival and went to see the nearby Jardins d’Albizia which were fabulous - a beautiful series of different style of garden including a maze which our daughter loved.
