The host it's very accommodating- we're arrived at night and there was no problem to get the keys at this late hour. Appartment was very clean. What's the real treat- appartment is situated in a historalical building, just in front of the cathedral, truly exceptional!

Newly renovated property that is a home. Fascinating old mill with many of its original features. Large breakfast table enabled you to interact with other guests. Large bedroom with a huge bed. Nice table and chairs in the bedroom allowed you to write a note or two. Lovely large shower that was super hot and powerful. Great hosts. Made us feel at ease and welcome.

    Mesvres is a small, somewhat run-down village without any beautiful houses or views. There's a restaurant, a bar-tabac, and a bakery. Opening hours are limited, so be sure to check them out. A short stay, however, is worthwhile. The 9th-century abbey (!) is worth seeing, as is the 12th-century village church.
