Gorgeous and cute restored small cottage beautifully furnished and in a perfect location for our cycling trip on the Velo Francette. Amazing hosts, so friendly and helpful as well as working on restoring the wider property so sympathetically. Highly recommend.

The house is situated in central square of small village. Parking near accommodation was always available. Bigger stores are in nearby town about 6km away. Nina the host was great, very kind and warm person. Every morning she made a great breakfast at the agreed time. The comunication through booking.com pre and after the stay was great, she made sure all our needs are met. She also speaks english, big plus in France for foreigners. Accommodation was cozy and clean, well taken care of. The bathroom is shared but always kept in great condition. All in all the stay was very comfortable, we are coming back next time.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchenette is small, as shown, but had everything we needed. The hosts are welcoming and informative. There are plenty of places to relax outside (including the games room for pool or table tennis).

    Quite a special place.

    Quite a special place. The little river La Dive at the bottom of the garden was delightful and I took my morning tea there while my dog had a paddle. If you appreciate nature and want a peaceful break in a beautiful part of France, go to L’Octroy! You won’t be disappointed.

    Valarie was so accommodating. We absolutely loved our stay. It was like a home away from home. We took our dog with us and she was amazing as she let her stay with her whilst we were at a wedding in the day. We could not have been more happy or grateful to their enormous kindness. We would highly recommend and will return 100%. The sheets and the bed felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. Thank you for making is so memorable for us. Very quiet room and the breakfast was also very yummy!
