Very modern room, recently decorated, with air conditioning (rare to see in accommodation at this price point and much appreciated during July!) and a private bathroom. Very clean. Kind and generous host who is very knowledgeable about the local area and who offered us lots of very useful advice. Free, off street parking. Great location for visiting vineyards in Sauternes.

Lovely room in a well converted barn. Very clean and everything well thought out. Plenty of plugs. Quirky. Very good value. Had a lovely meal in the Auberge next door which we had luckily pre-booked as it was full and there isn't anywhere else to eat in the village. After a long drive we didn't want to have to get back in the car. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, cold meats, cheeses, croissants, fruit, yogurts, juices. We couldn't do it justice with being full from the previous evenings meal! Would have liked to stay longer and explore the area more. Interesting Brocante a short stroll away.
